Provides home care sevices at our client's place of residence, following a Plan of Care that has been established by the Supervising RN on the assignment. Displays a compassionate disposition and has own transporation.

Assessment Nurse
Part Time /Full Time - "Employees Choice"
Conducts the initial assessment for Home Care Services. Instructs the client, family and assigned Caregiver on his/her duties. Develop and manage nursing care plans, make periodic home visits as needed and as required by the NJ Board of Nursing.
